Partners in Building Provides Incentive for Local Doctors

Each year, Austin area REALTORS® and home buyers are treated to a three-week long showcase of the best in modern luxury real estate by industry professionals who are at the top of their craft.

From May 22 to June 7, the Parade of Homes Austin, presented by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin, welcomes REALTORS®, home buyers, design enthusiasts, and industry professionals to Serene Hills in Lakeway.

Eat Under the Trees Soon with Rancho Sienna’s Outdoor Dining Room

Just another wonderful amenity to be added at Rancho Sienna in Georgetown!

Few of life’s pleasures are more satisfying than a wonderful meal with family and friends, and soon Rancho Sienna will offer a new way to enjoy food and fellowship.

An “outdoor dining room” will be the focal point of a new pocket park opening this summer on Ruffino Lane. Nestled under tall trees, the park will have a faux stone dining table surrounded by benches and gliders, providing ample seating for up to 10. A canopy made from rustic cedar will include decorative white lights, so residents can enjoy evening dining under the stars.

The park will also include a grill, along with a bocce court to help work up an appetite. It’s the newest addition to a growing list of parks and trails in Rancho Sienna – one that already includes The Sienna House, Sienna Trail Park, Greenleaf Park and Big View Trail.

With this new park opening soon, it’s a good time to start thinking about the perfect outdoor menu!

The Canyons at Lake Travis by Partners in Building

The Canyons Entry

I recently had the pleasure to tour the model home and two spec homes at The Canyons at Lake Travis.

I was completely in awe with the details in the model home. This plan boasts 4,910 square feet and has four bedrooms, four and a half baths as well as an office, game room and media room. The floor plan is very open and flows seamlessly from room to room. The living room is flooded with natural light from the two-story windows and is open to the kitchen and breakfast area. Just beyond the breakfast area is an amazing game room complete with wet bar and seating area. The 16’3 x 14’ media room is tucked adjacent to the game room. A large covered patio covers the back of the home and includes a modern glass fireplace and an outdoor kitchen. The views are spectacular! The upstairs has two beds and two baths with a convenient built-in computer niche. This home is truly an entertainers dream!

Directly across the street from the model, atop of the hill sits a nearly complete three story 5,082 square foot, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home. This is the perfect home for multi-generational living and has an elevator.

The third home is newly completed and sits on a flat, heavily treed lot. I fell in love with this one story! The architecture has a more modern feel and has two side-entry garages flanking either side of the home. Beautiful stone and wood accents greet you as you enter to a very open and spacious floor plan. This home is 4,252 square feet and has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A favorite feature of mine was the rustic barn doors that separate the game room and media room. The back yard is flat and wooded to provide privacy. There is a large covered patio with outdoor kitchen. Overall, I was very impressed with Partners in Building and their creative use of space for wine storage, computer nooks and storage. These extra details ensure that there is no wasted space.
